Even at the beach, there are some rules and other important info.  Here are some things you should know:

1.   We have two designated parking spaces for our house - a space outside and in the garage.   There is no other available parking within our small community. 

 

Please DO NOT park in front of the house, in front of the garage, or in a space marked for another unit.  It's very likely you will get towed.

2.   Sorry, no pets except those of the owners per our HOA rules.   

 

3.  There is NO SMOKING in our house.  Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
